Can I walk in and create, or do I need to make an appointment?

You can walk in and create!  We act as an open studio during all business hours, so you can come in and create at your convenience. The only thing we ask you make an appointment for is if you would like canvas painting lessons or for a group class or party.

Will I be instructed if I walk in?

Not with painting on canvas. Our professional staff is always here to help you out, though! Please contact us to set up a private lesson for you or your group if you would like to be instructed on a painting, or check out one of our many scheduled painting classes! If you are doing just about any other project, we are happy to provide step-by-step guidance and assistance. Just walk in – no appointment necessary.

Do you have studio fees?

Absolutely not!  The price you see includes everything needed to create your masterpiece.

I have zero talent- should I bother checking you guys out?

Earth without art is just “eh.”   Come on in and try it out!  Our professional instructors will help you pick a project, and if you’d like to try your hand at painting we will assist you in picking a painting and give you tips on how to create it.  We are always available to answer questions and to help you out!  If  you’d like step-by-step instruction please come to one of our many classes or set up a private class or party.

I have a gift card- what do I need to do?

Send us a message to let us know which class you would like to attend and how many will be in your party. Don’t forget to bring your gift card with you!

I have a large group coming- can we all sit together?

Yes, but be sure to register online and get there early to reserve your seats.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

Only your mask.  You can remove your mask while seated with your group.  We ask that you wear it while walking around the studio.  Everything else is provided for you to create your masterpiece!

CAN I BRING MY OWN BEER OR WINE?

Yes! We are currently completely BYOB. Please feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverages or purchase a non-alcoholic beverage from us to enjoy during your painting class!

CAN I EAT AND DRINK IN THE STUDIO?

Definitely! We have non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available for purchase.
We ask that you respect that we are an art studio and do not have the facilities to serve or clean up after food items that may come from outside the store.

I'M HAVING A BIRTHDAY PARTY IN THE STUDIO, CAN I BRING A CAKE?

Definitely!  A cake or cupcakes is allowed. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

CAN I BRING MY PROJECT HOME WITH ME THAT DAY?

It depends, but most likely- yes! Every project is take-home ready as soon as you finish it, except for acrylic pours and resin projects. We will paint-sit for you until your project is dry if it needs any extra time!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19?

Our staff is committed to slowing the spread of COVID-19 and every employee is required to wear a mask while on-shift.  We have plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate safe crafting while social distancing. Hospital-grade sanitizer is used on everything that anyone has come in contact with and we also do a thorough sanitizing of the studio every day.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand life can get in the way.  When you cancel you are allowed to rebook for another class within a 60 day time frame.

We do not offer refunds.

Private events and parties are non-refundable. 

This includes the deposit made to secure the date and time for a party or private event.

HELP! I LOST MY WINE GLASS INSTRUCTIONS!

Paint is permanent after air drying for 21 days or can be baked to expedite permanence.

Bake-to-Cure Method

1. Allow painted item to dry for 24 hours to be sure all layers of paint have dried.

2. Place project in a cool oven, as the glass must heat gradually with the oven to avoid breakage; do not place glass in a hot oven.

3. Set oven temperature to 350ºF.

4. Once temperature has reached 350ºF allow the project to bake for 30 minutes.

5. After 30 minutes turn the oven off and let glass cool down completely before removing from the oven.

6. Do not use for 72 hours.

Please note: Fine Glitter Glass Paint, Glitter Craft Paint and Coarse Glitter Craft Paint cannot be baked and must air dry for 21 days for permanence.
